ABOUT LIVE WEDDING ART

Eunie will work with you to find the best moment to transform into your very own masterpiece. This may be at the ceremony or at a photo session just after, it’s entirely up to you.

Eunie will then set up her easel at your reception to provide a truly unique form of entertainment.

Once the party is over the art work will go back to the studio for its finishing touches.

It will then be delivered to you to treasure forever!

YOUR LIVE WEDDING ART EVENT:

  • Your Art will made with professional oil colours, mediums, and gallery wrapped canvas.( Premium packages are only LINEN canvases, General packages are optioanl)

  • Finished with master of fine arts composition , artistic brush strokes, thick oil layered texture, correct position details for the figures.

  • Wire mount is installed on the back of yourArt.

  • To begin a painting Eunie will ask detailed questions(for the reference images: how many figures, balance of pose, canvas composition ratio, lights, colours, delivery, your art image in Eunie’s social media, how fast you want the final painting, etc……)

  • After initial communication to proceed a non-refundable installment payment of 30% of the package price plus GST will be required to book your event.

  • The remaining balance (inc GST, travel fees, hotel fees etc) is due 4 weeks before the event day. Events outside of the Blue Mountains and Sydney areas will incur additional travel and hotel fees.

  • Delivery of your painting is included in the package pricing, however 10% GST is not included in the pricing and will be added to the package price.

  • A non refundable installment of 30% of package fee is due upon booking your live wedding art event. The remaining 70% payment is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. If your wedding is cancelled less than 7 days before the wedding but greater than 48 hours prior to the wedding the 70% payment will be refunded to the client. Refunds are not available for cancellations made with 48hours of the scheduled live wedding art event.

  • Eunie and her art assisstant typically dress in semi formal or dressy casual attire. We put forth our best effort to match the dress code expected at your wedding.

  • Eunie needs a painting area of at least 2mx2m to set up art equipment and electricity for lights.
